As a seasoned nanny, house manager, and early childhood educator with over 20 years of hands-on experience, I founded Pea Pod Nanny Agency after families consistently turned to me for help finding nannies, recognizing the compassion, professionalism, and childcare expertise I brought to my work. Through these conversations, it became clear that many families were struggling to navigate the hiring process and find caregivers who truly embodied professionalism. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has over 20 years of hands-on experience as a Professional Nanny, Nanny/House Manager, Childcare Educator, and Former Daycare Assistant Director—bringing unmatched expertise to every nanny-family match. As a devoted mother, she understands the importance of finding a trusted, reliable caregiver and is dedicated to helping families secure high-quality childcare they can depend on.
Pea Pod Nanny Agency was founded through Courtney’s strong relationships with parents and professional nannies who recognized her dedication, integrity, and personalized approach to childcare.
