Qualification for Nanny Applicants

At Pea Pod Nanny Agency, we take pride in representing only the most qualified and passionate childcare professionals. If you're ready to join a trusted network of nannies, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

  • Passion for Working with Children: Display a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with children.

  • Legal Eligibility: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Updated Resume: Provide an updated resume highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.

  • Professional References: Furnish 2-4 recent professional references who can vouch for your childcare expertise.

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated.

  • Childcare Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in childcare.

  • Background Check: Consent to a comprehensive background check and successfully pass it.

  • Long-Term Commitment: Ability to commit to a minimum of 1 year of service.

  • Fluent in English

  • Non-smoker

  • CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to take a CPR certification training course.
