Our Process

  • Book Your Family Consultation

    We begin with a one on-one consultation to learn about your family’s needs, schedule, and preferred nanny qualities. This is where we lay the foundation for a successful match.

  • Register Your Family

    After the consultation, you’ll complete our intake form, review and sign our agency agreement and submit a $450 non-refundable registration fee. This offically starts your nanny search and gives us the green light to begin sourcing candidates.

  • We Source & Screen Candidates

    We hand-select potential nannies who align with your preferences. Every nanny is thoroughly vetted-this includes references checks, background checks, and interview to ensure safety and quality.

  • Interview Your Top Picks

    We will schedule the interviews with the top pick in your home, a café, virtually, or a place of your choice. If needed, we will provide you with questions to ask the candidate to assist you in the interview process. After the interview, we will touch bases with the family & nanny to see how we can further assist you and answer any questions you may have.

  • Hire Process

    If the interview process goes well and you are ready to hire the candidate, we will do a comprehensive background and reference check. The remaining balance of the placement fee will become due and must be paid before the first work day of your new employee.

  • Continual Support

    Pea Pod Nanny Agency's process is to ensure that families and nannies are a great fit and happy. We are here to answer any questions or concerns families may have. As a commitment to you, we offer a 90-day replacement.
